Montclair at Ridgewalk is a small, quiet community in Woodstock, Georgia, designed for active adults.  The neighborhood consists of charming, ranch style, low-maintenance homes surrounded by beautiful landscaping.  The centrally located clubhouse, with covered patio, includes a fitness room, resident operated library, and a sitting room. A kitchen and large dining area, with fireplace, is the perfect place for community coffees, socials, and game playing.

Our active board of directors oversees a large array of resident committees such as Social, Landscaping and Covenants, all designed to benefit our community and its residents.  Our HOA fee covers landscaping, clubhouse and common area maintenance, trash removal, water and electricity in all common areas, termite protection, and the services of a professional property management company.

The subdivision, located within walking distance to the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta, is just minutes from Highways 575 and 92.  It is also a short drive to historic downtown Woodstock, numerous stores and restaurants, doctor and dental offices, movie theaters and more.  And lastly, Woodstock offers easy access to downtown Atlanta to the south and the Georgia mountains to the north.
